To maximize customer visibility and improve communication, starting March 22, 2019, we are introducing the following updates to the Symantec VIP Status Page:

  • A new page layout to better organize and reflect the functional components of the VIP platform
  • A set of new components providing customers with a granular status for each component
  • Ability to define the components for which you receive notifications
  • Maintenance and feature release notifications posted on Status Page

    No customer action is required because of these updates. Follow below links for additional details:

    This scheduled maintenance affected: Out of Band Services (SMS Delivery, Voice Delivery, Mobile Push Delivery), Portals & Reporting Services (VIP Manager, Reporting API, VIP Self Service Portal, My VIP), Authenticator Provisioning Service, VIP Retail Website, and Authentication and Management Services (Authenticator Validation and Management APIs, User Validation and Management APIs, User Authentication Javascript Service, User Authentication SAML Service).
